□ Get the policies for fin- gerprints, CAC, and proof of identity.

e-App Reset
• A user can reset the subject’s eApp password if the subject is unable to login to eApp when the user has forgotten their password.
• From the Left Navigation Menu, Select Subject Management, then select the SSN of the subject that needs the password reset.
• From the Actions drop-down on the worksheet, select Reset eApp Password.
• A Confirm eApp Password Reset message will ap- pear asking, “Are you sure you want to reset this subject’s eApp Password?” Select Confirm.
• After confirming, a Reset eApp Password Result message will appear stating, “Email with new password has been sent to the subject.” Select OK.
Note: The Reset eApp Password option is only visible in the Actions drop-down after a case request has been initiated for a subject.
